Troubleshooting Trailer Right Blinker that Flashes All of Trailer Lights

Question:

I have checked al the wires to the trailer to each light and everything seems okay. Ground is good and there is proper connection. The problem I am facing is when I turn the turn signal to the left the left lights flash properly but then when I turn the turn signal to the right everything flashes. Am I using the wrong adapter from the truck to the trailer or what could be the cause of this. Please help.

Sounds like your right turn/stop circuit is shorted out to your running light circuit which is causing all of your trailer lights to flash when you apply the right turn signal. Most likely this is due to exposed wire between these two circuits on the trailer wiring. You'd have to go over the wiring of the trailer looking for that and fix as needed.
