Can you compare the strength or quality of two different etrailer items for securing bikes to bike racks SR18679 verses HE4084

Both of the straps you mentioned do not have weight capacities, but due to how Velcro works the longer # HE4084 would be stronger than the shorter # SR54FR that you referenced. The longer the strap the more connection gets made between the hook and loop sides of the strap so that makes it a bit stronger.
