In order to lower your horse trailer you are going to want to use the Dexter Trailer Springs Over-Under Conversion Kit part # K71-385-00. This is the most cost effective and easy to install kit we have that will lower your trailer. It is also very popular and highly reviewed. It will lower the trailer the diameter of your axle (3") and height of your leaf spring stack so more than likely around 5-6".
I have attached a review video for you. The kit comes with everything you need.
