To install the Curt EZr Double Lock Underbed Gooseneck Trailer Hitch # C60683 on your 2016 Ford F-250 Super Duty you will need to have a 4" hole in the bed of your truck.
This hitch actually comes with a center locator to help make your cut accurate if you don't already have that cutout in your truck bed.
