Can I use the Patriot Slider on my 2018 RAM 2500 puck system if I use the Reese adapter.

The B&W Patriot 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch - Dual Jaw - 16,000 lbs # BWRVK3200 is compatible with the Ram factory prep package puck system when you use an adapter. You can use the Reese 5th Wheel Rail Adapter for Ram OEM 5th Wheel Towing Prep Package # RP30154 or the Demco adapter # DM6099.
You also may want to consider the 5th wheel wiring harness # 50-97-410 for a clean look and better accessibility if you don't already have a second 7-way in the bed of your truck.
