Will this fit/work on a 2018 Kia Sorento? I believe it has LED lights.

The Curt Venturer Trailer Brake Controller # C74VV is a confirmed fit for your 2018 Kia Sorento. The universal wiring adapter # C51515 is recommended to keep your wiring connections clean and give you the ability to disconnect your controller when desired.
I recommend using the T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector # 118583 to get a 4-way flat trailer connection if you don't already have one and then using the Universal Installation Kit for Trailer Brake Controller # ETBC7 to complete your installation. This wiring kit will give you the connectors, wiring, and circuit breakers needed to install your brake controller. I've attached an article and some videos to assist.
