Does anyone make a 42 inch hitch extension for a 2x2 factory receiver on a Ford F-350?

There is not a 42" extension available for the factory 2" receiver on your 2014 Ford F-350.
To add the 42" TorkLift SuperTruss Hitch Extension # TLE1542 you will need to install the TorkLift SuperHitch Original Trailer Hitch Receiver # TLF1002 on your truck in place of your Ford OEM hitch.
