The available trailer hitches for the 2017 Chevy Silverado 2500 were designed to fit stock models of the truck. The receiver on these models would be right below the rear bumper. If your utility body hangs lower than the stock bumper then none of the available trailer hitches will fit. If it does not hang any lower then you could use any of the hitches provided there isn't a tech tip or installation note that states you have to have the factory bumper for installation.

I have linked the hitch options we have for your truck. Please note also that some only fit long bed models, some only short bed models, and some only cab and chassis models with 34 inch frame spacing.

If the utility body does hang lower than the factory bumper then you would need to look at a different type of hitch such as # 41990-16 which is a weld on option. Any welding should be performed by a professional welder.
