How to Use the Reese Friction Sway Control Kit Part # 83660

Is there a way to permanently mount the sway bar to the travel trailer? Trying to make it easier on my back. thanks.

I am not quite sure what you mean but the only thing you need to do with the Reese Friction Sway Control Kit part # 83660 each time you hook up the trailer is set the socket on the sway control ball and engage the locking lever. You do not need to remove the entire arm after each use.
The bracket that gets installed on the trailer and attaches to the friction bar can be either welded or bolted using the included screws. If you would like to make things easier each time you go to couple and uncouple the trailer, you could just remove the hitch pin from the ball mount and drive away.
