Timbren Axle-Less suspension # ASR35HDS02 takes hubs with a 6 on 5-1/2 bolt pattern only. It requires inner bearing 25580 and outer bearing 15123 and the only hubs that use these bearings have a 6 on 5-1/2 bolt pattern or a very uncommon 5 spoke utility mounting pattern.

If you do not already have the above system then what I recommend is Timbren system # ASR3500S06. It does say that it is for regular tires but there is still 6 inches of clearance from the hub face (center of wheel) and the trailer frame. That means you could ALMOST put a 12 inch wide tire on it though you would probably not want to go over a 10 inch wide tire.

You will then be able to use idler hub # AKIHUB-545-35-EZ-K these come pre greased or hub and drum assembly # AKHD-545-35-EZ-K.

If you do already have Timbren Axle-Less suspension # ASR35HDS02 then you would need to use # 8-201-9UC3-EZ and change the wheels to a 6 on 5-1/2 bolt pattern, see link.
