Roof Vent Needed for 1982 JayFlight Camper Measuring 8-7/8 Square
Question:
I took out my old vent and the opening is 8 7/8 square. I have not been able to find on. My camper jayflight 1982.

It looks like your older JayFlight camper used a different vent size than what is typical for vents. We have some options that are 8" x 13-1/2" so you only have to cut out one way, but if you are willing to modify your roof I recommend just going ahead and getting a 14" x 14" roof vent as that is a very common size.
If you are willing to do this then you can use the Ventline Ventadome # V2092SP-28 that you referenced. To finish the installation you will need the Installation Kit # 344270KITW which comes with the hardware and sealant that you need.
I have attached a video of this vent being installed on an enclosed trailer that didn't initially have a vent for you to follow.
