There are a few different ways to determine if your 2010 Mazda 3 Grand Touring is equipped with LED tail lights.
The best and most sure way is to simply contact or visit your local Mazda dealer with your vehicle's VIN. They will be able to tell you with certainly what your vehicle is equipped with. You can also remove the tail light housing and look for the bulbs themselves. An incandescent bulb will look like your standard bulb while an LED will have diodes. Another way is to observe how the lights turn off on the vehicle. If they go off abruptly without any delay then they are likely LED. If it takes a moment for them to shut off then this indicates an incandescent bulb.
If you do not have LED lights, then I recommend the Tekonsha T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness # 118420. This custom harness will simply plug into factory ports behind the driver and passenger side tail lights (inside the trunk). If you find that you do have LED lights, then I recommend the Hopkins # 46255.
I have attached the written installation instructions for these harnesses that you can also check out.
