Can Draw-Tite Class I 1-1/4 Hitch Receiver be used with Curt 4 Bike Rack

I need a 4 bike rack for this hitch. Is this my best option? Curt 4 Bike Rack for 1-1/4inch and 2inch Hitches - Tilting - C18030

The best option to carry a 4 bike rack on your 2017 Volkswagen Golf Alltrack is using a hitch that has a 2" receiver opening like the EcoHitch Hidden Trailer Hitch Receiver # 306-X7315. Trailer hitches with Class I rating with a 1-1/4" receiver opening like the Draw-Tite Sportframe Trailer Hitch Receiver # 24949 are only rated to handle a maximum of 2 bikes.
If you consider the weight of the # C18030 (40lbs), you do not want to load 4 bikes that have over a combined weight of 160 lbs. The # 306-X7315 has a tongue weight rating of 200 lbs.
