Fan-Tastic Fan Lift Motor and Assembly Replacement

Hi -- I was just about to order but noticed it doesn't mention the manual turn option on the motor?

The motor you need is the Replacement 17-rpm Lift Motor for Fan-Tastic Vent B Series Roof Vents with Powered Lifts - White # FVK6010-81 or off-white # FVK6010-80. If you need the lift arm assembly then you will also want # FVK8011-05. I've attached a couple photos to assist.

Both the white # FVK6010-81 or off-white # FVK6010-80 will allow you to manually raise or lower the lid if you don't want to utilize the power motor feature. Manual operation using the integrated T-handle will not cause any issue with the motor, but is simply an alternative option when desired.
