Troubleshooting Trailer Jack that Has Power but Doesn't Work
Question:
Have a Atwood jack motor 75721. Have power all the way through to motor but does not work. Even checked motor housing and power good there. Any ideas?

Since the jack has power to it most like the issue is a weak ground. I'd verify that the ground of the jack is securely attached as that's the most common reason for the problem you mentioned.
Some jacks ground through the mounting hardware so make sure that the main ground harness of the trailer wiring is making a solid connection too.
