Anti-Rattle Device Recommendation for Setup that Uses Dual Hitch Adapter

Question:

I have a duel receiver hitch for my canoe rack and my cargo trailer. The Canoe rack has an internal anti rattle threaded pin therefore no issues. The stinger for the 2inch ball for the Cargo Trailer moves within the dual receiver and, the duel receiver stinger moves within the OEM hitch on my 2017 F150. Can I install this part at the OEM interface to the duel receiver AND at the stinger for the 2inch ball to the cargo trailer?? also, the note in the description says: NOTE: Do Not use for Towing what does this mean? is this only good for accessories like canoe racks and not 2inch stingers?

Since the MaxxTow Anti-Rattle Clamp that you referenced is not designed for towing and you will be towing it would not be the best option. A better option would be the Roadmaster Quiet Hitch part # RM-061 which can be used when towing. This would work well for your setup too that has a dual recieve opening.
