Can 25-1/4 Long Leaf Spring Replace 25-1/2 Long Leaf Spring Currently on Trailer

Question:

5-Leaf Double-Eye Spring for 6,000-lb Trailer Axles - 25-1/4inch Long Item # e34SR My toy hauler is 10 years old. I removed one leaf spring and it measures 25.5 inches center of eye to center of eye. Is the above listed part the correct length spring, or should i look for one that is 25-1/2” new? I will also need new u bolts and am looking at the EquaFlex product for 5-8k triple axles. What will i need to finish the job and what would you recommend? Thank you,

Over time leaf springs can stretch out so the 5-Leaf Double-Eye Spring # e34SR which is 25-1/4" long, 1-3/4" wide, and rated for a 6,000 lb axle should work great for your application.

The Equa-Flex Cushioned Equalizers # LC279689 come with the hardware needed to mount them so as long as you are reusing old shackle straps and bolts you won't need to change anything else out.

U-Bolts are a little more specific and since I don't know the tiny details about your trailer I have linked our selection of U-Bolts for you to filter through. The only other thing that you would possibly need is new springs seats. Our selection of spring seats has been linked for you as well.
