14 inch Trailer Wheel and Tire Recommendation for Trailer with Too Close Distance Between Tires
Question:
I just purchased a 1989 Shasta Revere 190 RB travel trailer. Im thinking the tires are the incorrect size, they are 205/75/15 and I cannot put a pencil between the front and rear tire. Is this way too close and should I install 14inch tires on it? Thanks

That is way too close of a distance between the tires. You'd need to go with a smaller diameter tire. As long as you have a 5 on 4-1/2 inch bolt pattern you'd be able to go with a wheel and tire combo like the # TA82MR and you'd be set.
