How to Determine Location of Hitch Pin Hole for Draw-Tite # 75717 on a 2011 Hyundai Tucson

Question:

I have a platform bike rack that uses an expanding ball design rather than a pin, and in order to work properly it requires that rack be ed about 4.5 inches into the receiver. If the Draw-Tite #75717 is installed on my 2011 Hyundai Tucson will I have the clearance to use my bike rack? It looks like itll be close from the photos, but its hard to tell the actual dimensions. Thank you.

We haven't installed the Draw-Tite Max-E-Loader Trailer Hitch Receiver # 75717 on a 2011 Hyundai Tucson so I wouldn't know the distance from the center of the hitch pin hole to the rearmost part of your bumper, but I did go out and measured the trailer hitch for you.

From the rearmost mounting hole on the driver's side to the center of the hitch pin hole measured about 4-1/2". If you get under your vehicle and locate the mounting hole on your 2011 you can see if your bike rack will fit on your vehicle.

An installation video and the written instructions have been linked for you to reference.
