Do you have the u-bolt mounting kit for a Sears Car Roof Carrier Model 300.72511? I believe the original parts numbers was #92504. Thank you.

We have mounting kit # TH05603 that could potentially work for you. I have included a couple of pictures so you can see the dimensions of the u-bolts and plates and compare them to what your box requires. If this kit will not fit as-is then the remaining option is to drill some additional mounting holes to match the new hardware and seal up the old ones with a product such as JB Weld.

With 4 inch on center holes, I recommend using the Replacement Hardware Kit for Searsbox Cargo Box #TH05603. These are 4 inches on center and will be functional with your factory crossbars.

We do offer a replacement Spring Hinge for the Sears X-Cargo Sport-20 rooftop boxes, part #TH14933. The part #TH14936 you referenced is not an ideal fit for your Sears X-Cargo Sport-20 due to the stiffness of the spring.

I have an answer for you. Unfortunately, Thule does not sell the replacement parts from the Replacement Hardware Kit for Searsbox Cargo Box #TH05603 individually. Unfortunately, this hardware kit is the only kit that we carry for Sears cargo boxes.
