The Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C13152 is a confirmed fit for your 2018 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport. This hitch will install below the bumper of your vehicle so the cutout is not necessary for this fit. You will need to remove your spare tire temporarily for this installation. I've attached a video to assist.
If you will be using this hitch for towing, I recommend using the Curt Wiring Harness # C56184. This harness plugs into your Hyundai Santa Fe's wiring harness, which is located in your rear cargo area. You will have to remove the rear scuff panel and interior side panels to access this harness. Once you've plugged in the T-connector, run the hot lead up to your car battery. Connect the lead to the included fuse holder, and then connect the fuse holder to the positive terminal on your battery.
For a ball mount, I recommend the etrailer.com ball mount kit # 989900. This will include everything you need to connect your trailer to your trailer hitch with a couple different configuration options. I've attached a video to assist.
