Will Channel Tongue Trailer Coupler CT-3001-Z Fit in Place of a Shelby 5135 Coupler
Question:
Will this coupler work as a replacement for a Shelby 5135 2inch coupler? If not, can you recommend a replacement? Thanks

We have heard that channel tongue coupler # CT-3001-Z is comparable to the Shelby 5135 coupler. To be sure though you can compare what the new coupler fits with your Shelby coupler. Coupler # CT-3001-Z fits a tongue that is 2 inches wide. The mounting holes are spaced 3 to 3-1/16 inches apart on center. And it does couple to a 2 inch ball. I have linked a video review for you.
If your trailer has a wider tongue or different hole spacing let me know and I can determine if there is a replacement that matches.
