Class III Trailer Hitch Fits for Canadian Version of 2018 Volkswagen Tiguan

Will this unit fit a 2018 Canadia Tiguan? I believe they are identical to the US version, but am not sure

The fit of a custom trailer hitch like the etrailer # e43ZR, which is made for the 2018 VW Tiguan, will be based on the version sold in the U.S. We do note this in our fit information that appears on the this item's page.

In the case of your Tiguan this hitch is a confirmed fit for both U.S. and Canada versions since both are for North America. The frame attachment points on both versions are usually the same even though other trim parts could differ.

I also contacted Curt, maker of the similar Class III hitch # C13381, and my technical contact there similarly confirmed that they know of no issues with installation of this hitch on the Canadian version of the Tiguan.
