Breakaway cables are actually pretty universal so you should be able to use the Tekonsha Trailer Breakaway Switch # 420000 that you referenced for your BrakeBuddy. The BrakeBuddy does utilize banana clips to connect to the BrakeBuddy itself so you will need to get some of those from an electrical supply store.
To charge the battery in your vehicle use the Battery Charge Line Kit for Towed Vehicles # RM-156-25. I typically recommend this with the Flexo-Coil Wiring Kit # RM-15267 for a towed vehicle. Simply connect the charge line kit to your battery and also to the middle pin of this wiring kit and you are good to go!
For a complete flat towing setup you will need a base plate kit, tow bar, safety cables, vehicle tow bar wiring, a supplemental braking system, and possibly a high-low adapter. If you do not have all of these components just let me know and I can make some additional recommendations for you.
