Replacement Trailer Connector with 7- and 4-Way Connectors for a 2008 Chevy Subaruban
Question:
need to replace factory plug in on 2008 chev surburban one pole is bad no power to left side blinker/stop dose this unplug some where to just to install your replacement part with both 7 pin / flat 4 ? thanks for your time.

7- and 4-Pole Trailer Connector Socket # HM40975 will fit in place of the factory connector on your 2008 Chevy Suburban. The wiring that is connected to the back of the existing connector will unplug from it and plug into the back of this new connector.
The connector will likely not fit the same mount as the factory one but it does come with a mounting bracket of its own. Installation on your Suburban will be similar to the Tahoe in the video I have linked for you.
