Question:

I just installed a brake controller on my 2017 Nissan Titan. When I push on the brake my truck loses power. Any advice would be great. Thanks

You have the red wire of your brake controller attached so the wrong circuit. You need to use a circuit tester like part # 3808 to verify that the connection the red wire of the controller is making is to a circuit that only sees voltage when the brakes are applied.

If you used a quick install harness like the part # 3050-P make sure it is the correct part number for your 2017 Nissan Titan. The # 3050-P is the correct kit for your vehicle for use with a Tekonsha controller like the P3 part # 90195.
