Whats the maximum height of Item #RP66086? How could I go lower if needed?

The max rise for the Reese Straitline kit part # RP66086 is 6-1/2 inches and the max drop is 1-1/4.
For a shank with quite a bit more rise and drop we have the Curt # C17123. Which can do up to 8-1/2 inches of drop and 12-3/4 inches of rise.
