Hitch Ball Angle of Weight Distribution System and Head Adjustment Options

I have set up the husky 32218 hitch per the instructions and all my camper frame measurements come out properly and truck fender measurements come out properly. It looks like the angle on the ball is tipped forward in the trailer coupler. Is this ok?

The Husky Center Line # HT32218 has an adjustable head like most weight distribution systems so you do have the ability to tweak the tilt if desired. Based on your photo and description that the truck and trailer are level and the tilt of the head is only slightly forward the setup will work fine. If you want to have a more level head, you can adjust the head position and then readjust your spring bar brackets for desired fit.
