How to Troubleshoot No 12V Power at 7-Way Connector on a 2008 Buick Enclave

Hello, I have no power on the 7 pin plug on my 2008 Buick enclave with tow package. Help please

If you never had the 12V power on your 7-Way then there is likely a fuse that needs to be installed or replaced. It could also be that you need to connect some wiring under the hood of your 2008 Buick Enclave to your battery.

If your 7-Way has had 12V power previously then I recommend checking to see if a fuse or relay needs to be replaced and then removing the 7-Way connector and testing the pin for 12V power with a tester like part # PTW2992. If you get 12V power when you remove the connector then that simply means the connector needs to be replaced with something like part # C55774, otherwise you with no signal there is a short or ground issue on your Enclave.
