Yes, the Reese universal 5th wheel base rail installation kit # RP30035 fits your 2008 Ford F-250 long-bed pickup.
If you prefer a custom kit that will require less drilling and less overall installation time then instead you can use Reese kit # RP50082-58. The custom frame brackets mean you do NOT have to do any drilling into the truck's frame. An install video is linked for you.
