Is Hollywood Racks Bike Frame Adapter Bar Rated for RV Use?

Question:

Has the Hollywood Adaptor Bar been approved for RV use for mounting bicycles? We will be using a Swagman single bar type bike rack on the back of the RV and driving 1,200 miles to get to our biking destination. I will be using the bar on one of the 3 bikes that we will carry on the rack and want to make sure that it stays secure. Thank you so much for your assistance and for sharing your expertise!
