The Lippert Components High-Speed Power Stabilizer Jack - White Switch Kit - 30" Lift # LC369774 is a great option for your 2018 Grand Design Reflection 230RL as long as the mounting dimensions of 68-11/16" from center to center line up with your frame. The undermounted spare tire will need to be avoided by the center crossbar as well. If you need more height you can use the Lippert Components Electric RV Stabilizer Jack Double Spacer - Weld On - 2" # LC266030.
If you need adjustable width, I recommend the Ultra-Fab Power Twin II Electric Stabilizer with Dual Motors - 30" Lift - 6,000 lbs # UF39-941705 which will allow adjustment for frames between 48 and 80 inches wide and will also give you independent motor switches for side to side adjustment for easy leveling.
