Will this fit my 2018 F350 short bed BandW without rails?

The B&W Patriot hitches such as # BWRVK3270 only fit above the bed 5th wheel rails but there is a hitch that will work with your B&W gooseneck hitch in your 2018 Ford F-350. It is the Companion slider # BWRVK3400-5W. This hitch was designed to mount to the B&W gooseneck ball cavity to allow you to tow a 5th wheel trailer. This is the slider version so it will be perfect for your short bed F-350. I have included a link to a video review for you.
