In order to select the correct replacement lock core for your Karrite Voyager XL cargo box I would need to know the key number. The key number will be etched into they key. Once you know your key number you can enter it into our site with the prefix "THLOCKN" as this would make sure you get an exact replacement. If you do not have the key number then you can use any of our Thule locking cores with the correct corresponding key. For example, the Replacement Lock Cylinder part # THLOCKN070 uses a N070 key like part # THKEYN070.

In order to replace the lock core it must be in the unlocked position. If it is then you can use part # 853-1251 to swap them out. If the locking core is not in the unlocked position then you would need to contact a locksmith to have it removed.
