Trailer Hitch Recommendation for 2018 Honda Pilot

Hello, Can you tell me if the hitch from my old Nissan Pathfinder 2014 can be installed on my new Honda Pilot 2018? Thanks,

Hitch fits are very specific. You wouldn't be able to fit a hitch from a 2014 Nissan Pathfinder to a 2018 Honda Pilot. You'd have to go with an all new hitch. For that the Curt hitch part # C13146 is the best option. It has the best weight capacities, is mostly concealed, and has the best price. I attached an install video for this for you to check out as well.

For trailer wiring you'd then want the part # 118286 which is a confirmed fit. This is a Tekonsha brand harness which is the most reliable option we have.

If you wanted to do some towing you might be interested in etrailer ball mount kit # 989900. It comes with 2 ball mounts; one with a 3/4 inch rise or 2 inch drop and one with a 2-3/4 inch rise or 4 inch drop. It also includes a 1-7/8 inch ball, 2 inch ball, hitch pin with clip, and a storage bag.
