Platform Bike Rack Needed with Bike and Rack Locks for a Carbon Fiber Bike and Childrens Bike
Question:
I am looking for a 2 inch hitch bike rack, tray type, with no frame contact for a carbon fiber bike, but also one that might also accommodate smaller childrens bike 20" wheels as well, if that exists. Locking hitch and bike as well. Is there such a perfect combo?

We do have a list of platform bike racks that are wheel mounts (no frame contact) and come with bike and hitch locks. As far as a fit for children's bikes it really just depends on how small the wheels are.
Since the wheels on your child's bike are at right at 20" I recommend going with the Thule T2 Pro XTR # TH83JV. It has all of the features mentioned above, is compatible with 20" - 29" wheel diameters, and has a 60 lb per-bike weight capacity. The integrated handle at the rear of the bike rack makes tilting and folding it a breeze.
For more than 2 bikes we have the 2-bike add-on, part # TH9036XT, which when used together with the T2 Pro XRT, has a total weight capacity of 160 lbs.
