Where can we put a addition blue relay in the in cab fuse box?

It sounds like you are missing the fourth relay that is needed to complete the running light circuit on your 7-way. You will need a blue relay from the Curt Relay Kit # C57000, this product installs under the dash to the left of the steering column next to the brake controller connection point.
I attached a picture that shows where you'll find it.
