7-Way Replacement Recommendation to Replace 6-Way on Trailer
Question:
Looking for trailer plug adapter. Trailer has 7pin RV plug with surge brake lockout. Truck has round 6pin round plug.

Since there isn't a 6-way vehicle to 7-way trailer adapter available your best option would be to go with replacing the 6-way on your truck with a 7-way with the kit part # HM40975-11998 so that you'd be able to tow your trailer without needing an adapter.
I attached a couple wiring diagram pictures for you to check out as well that show how 6 and 7-ways wire up for you to compare when making the swap.
