We do have locks that work for your Camber but no, the Trailer Hitch Receiver Lock with 8 foot Cable, # HRLHPC1, will not work with Thule bike racks, because the Thule bike racks have a uniquely threaded shank for their specific Snug Tite Hitch Locks and Anti-Rattle Devices.

For your Thule Camber, # TH9056, I recommend going with the Snug Tite Hitch Lock, # THSTL2, and the 10 foot Long Cable Lock, # e98891, to secure the bike rack and then secure the bikes to the rack and safety chain loops on your trailer hitch.
