I do have some options for you but Hopkins Backup Alert # HM20101VA actually will not fit your 2015 Chevy Silverado 1500 due to the type of bulbs your truck uses for the reverse lights.
What you can use is a stand alone backup alarm that will wire into a reverse light wire such as # PK41820. You can mount it pretty much anywhere under the truck. The power wire will splice into a reverse light wire and the other wire can ground to the frame. I have linked a video featuring this product for you.
