can the Curt bumper hitch E-100 be mounted on top or on bottom of bumper

The Curt RV Bumper 2" Trailer Hitch Receiver part # E-100 can be oriented to where the receiver tube opening is positioned on top of or below the RV's bumper. The only requirement is that you use the support strap part # 18050 for any non-towing applications in addition to staying within the 350 lb tongue weight (TW) and 3,500 lbs gross trailer weight (GTW) rating.
