We do have a large selection of roof racks available that are confirmed to fit your 2016 Nissan Rogue. Based on the items you were looking at, it appears that there is a naked roof on your Rogue, meaning there are no existing side rails or crossbars present.

If this is the case, then I recommend going with the 49 inch Vortex Aero Crossbar Roof Rack from Rhino-Rack. This system includes # RRVA126B-2 for the two 49 inch Vortex Aero Crossbars, # RRRLKVA for the 2500 Series Legs, and # DK396 for the Custom DK Fit Kit.
