Adaptor Recommendation to Fit Demco Above Bed Hijacker into Ram Truck Rail Kit Adapter

Question:

I have a Demco Highjacker Autoslide premier series 18 GVWR fifth wheel hitch that was installed previously in a truck that we sold. The hitch was installed with bolt through rails in the bed. We have recently purchased a 2015 Ram 2500 that has the factory puck mounting system in the bed. Is there an adaptor that I can purchase that will allow me to mount my existing hitch to the Ram? Is this something I can bolt together myself? If so, what do I need to order from you? I really appreciate your help.

Sounds like your Demco Hijacker 18k was the above bed rail style and is part # DM8550034. That means that the correct adapter you'd need is the part # DM6099 which will fit the Ram rail kit you have and provide you with the correct rails you need for the Ram rail kit and hitch.
