B&W Biker Bar # BWMC2301 was designed for Harley touring bikes that have a frame tube diameter of 1-1/8" to 1-1/4" and frame width of 10" to 14-1/2". If your 2013 Breakout fits that description then this is the Bike Bar for you.
Bike Bar # BWMC2302 is for Softail, Dyna, V-Rod models with frame diameters of 1-1/4" to 1-3/8" and frame width of 10" to 14".
We also have # BWMC2304 which is for models with custom frames that are 1-3/8" to 1-1/2" in diameter spaced 10" to 14-1/2".
I am not sure where the Breakout falls in the above categories but the dimensions above will be able to tell you which model Bike Bar is a fit.
