Yes, the Roadmaster EZ5 Base Plate Kit # RM-521448-5, which is confirmed to fit your 2018 Jeep JK Wrangler if you have the standard factory bumper (no winches or guards), will work perfectly with the Roadmaster Falcon 2 Tow Bar # RM-520 that you referenced. This tow bar features a self-aligning design that will ease hookup and extra-long telescoping arms to allow for better maneuverability and smoother towing.

In order to flat tow your Jeep, you will also need a set of safety cables, a lighting solution, and a supplemental braking system.

For safety cables, you can use the Roadmaster 68 Inch Single Hook # RM-643. These 6,000 pound cables feature a coiled design that will keep them off the ground when towing.

Then, for a lighting solution, I really like the Roadmaster Diode Flexo-Coil Wiring Kit # RM-15267. This diode kit will let you wire your Jeep to accept your RV's tail, brake, and turn signals for flat towing. It includes a 6-Way connector that you will install at the front of the Jeep and enough coiled wiring to go from there to the 7-Way on your RV.

For a supplemental braking system, I highly recommend the Blue Ox Patriot III # BLU37TR. This is a great, proportional system that will physically press down on the brake pedal inside your Jeep at the same time and with the same intensity that you apply to it in your RV. You will need to add the 12 Volt Outlet Kit # RM-9332 to properly power the unit and the # RM-88400 relay to prevent the Jeep's brake signal from overriding the turn signal from the RV when applying the brakes during a turn.

Lastly, you will likely need a high-low adapter in order to keep the tow bar level.
