To flat tow your 2011 Jeep Wrangler you will need to get a base plate kit for this vehicle. The Pavement Ends front bumper is not designed for attaching a tow bar to. I attached an FAQ on flat towing basics for you to check out also.
For a base plate kit I would recommend a Roadmaster Base Plate # RM-521448-4. This will provide you with an attachment point for a set of tow bars on your 2011 Jeep Wrangler.
If you do not have a tow bar I would recommend a RoadMaster Sterling All Terrain Tow Bar # RM-576. This comes with wiring, safety cables and quick disconnects. I attached installation instructions for you to check out also.
You will also need a lighting solution. Check out the FAQ article I attached on how to pick the correct tow bar lighting for your setup.
Many states require a supplemental braking system when flat towing a vehicle. I attached an FAQ article on supplemental braking for you to check out. However, I recommend you get a Roadmaster Even Brake Portable Proportional Braking System # RM-9400 because of how well it works and how easy it is to setup.
