Will B&W Gooseneck Hitch Fit on 2003 GMC Sierra 6-1/2' Bed with Spray-In Bed Liner

Question:

Have the spray in bed liner in this truck. Is the measurement for the hole shorter due to the thickness of the liner? And do you know approximately how much. They totaled my 1 ton and need to be able to move the trailer, not to sure about the short bed with the trailer, just trying a “dry run” before final dession. Thanks.

The spray-in bed liner for your 2003 GMC Sierra isn't thick enough to cause any issues for the installation of the B&W Turnoverball Underbed Gooseneck Trailer Hitch # BWGNRK1067. The only time that a bed liner is an issue is when it is a drop-in bed liner and even then you would still be drilling through the entire bed of your truck so the measurements and holes sizes wouldn't change.

If you are going to be towing a gooseneck trailer with your Sierra then you will want to use a hitch ball with an offset like part # BWGNXA4085. For 5th wheel trailer towing you will need a sliding 5th wheel hitch like the B&W Companion # BWRVK3400 which fits right in the gooseneck hitch.

Attached is an installation video on a 2001 Sierra as well as the installation instructions for you to reference.
