How to Use an ISR 5th Wheel Hitch in a 2018 Ford F-350 with Factory Puck System

We have a 2018 Super Duty with the Factory puck system. I have a 30051 Reese fifth wheel with no rails. Will this work with the puck system and if so, what will I need to connect it to the pucks?

In order to use the Reese 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch part # RP30051 you have on a 2018 Ford F-350 with the factory puck system, you are going to need an adapter. The correct adapter for you is the Reese Elite Series Underbed Rail Adapter part # RP30156.

I have attached a review and installation video of this adapter for you. It is very easy to use and only weighs around 50-55 lbs. All you will need to do to install this adapter is drop it into the factory mounting pucks, secure the locking tabs and then place the 5th wheel hitch on top of the adapter and insert the pins. It will add 2" to the height of your hitch.
