I do have gooseneck hitch balls that will work with the factory installed gooseneck hitch in your 2016 Ram 3500 but none of them are offset. Instead, I recommend using a offset gooseneck coupler like the B&W Extend-A-Goose Gooseneck Coupler part # BWTEXA4200. This coupler will fit most gooseneck trailers with a 4" diameter outer tube and will provide you with a 10" offset. You can then install a standard gooseneck hitch ball into your Ram like the B&W Ball and Safety Chain Kit part # BWGNXA2062.
