Can you get a wire harness for 2 018 nissan pathfinder that has a 4way and a 7 way plug all in one

All trailer wiring parts for the 2018 Nissan Pathfinder appear on the linked page. These include the item # HM40975 which is a Replacement combination 7-way/4-pole connector intended as a factory replacement.
If you have no trailer wiring you can instead use kit # 118273 which includes relays, wiring and the trailer connector along with the part # HM40975 which will replace the 7-way included in the kit t give you both types of connections.
